4. Warranty and Liability
1. Seller warrants that the Products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 Year.
2. Buyer’s exclusive remedy for breach of warranty shall be repair or replacement of the defective Product.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
